What we ask for
When you book, we ask for your name, email and phone number. We keep a note of what you booked and anything you told us about your group. That is all we need to arrange your day and reach you about it.
If you start a booking and do not finish it, nothing you typed is kept. The details only reach us when you press the button that confirms the booking.
If you use the contact form, we keep your message and how to reply to it.
What we do not do
We do not take payment online, so we never see or store card details. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site, and there is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to. We do not sell or share your details with anyone.
Cookies
Reading the site and using the booking form sets no cookies at all. The only cookie this site uses is the sign-in session for the private admin area, which is the owner’s.
Booking confirmations are sent through Resend, an email provider, which processes your address in order to deliver the message. We do not send marketing email.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept as business records. Ask us and we will delete anything you want deleted.
Your rights and how to reach us
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will do it.
