Group trip from 30 October to 1 November 2026, leaving on the Friday evening. Transport leaves from Agadir, Sidi Youssef (in front of the Ibn Zohr dairy, beside the Al Jazara grills) at 17:00, from Inezgane (CTM office) at 17:30, and from Marrakech (in front of Carrefour Targa) at 20:30.
Taghia is a village under the cliffs near Zaouiat Ahansal. This trip goes there for a via ferrata and for the Berber passage, the path the villagers built along the rock face.
Day 1 — We leave in the evening and drive to Zaouiat Ahansal, with dinner on the road at your own expense. Local transport takes us the rest of the way to Taghia, and we spend the night at the guesthouse.
Day 2 — After breakfast, a two-hour hike brings us to the start of the via ferrata, which takes about two hours and ends on the summit of Tanzlif, 2,300 metres. Lunch is a picnic, with time for photographs, and local transport brings us back to Taghia. The rest of the afternoon is free — a shower, a rest — followed by things to do together, a session of local Ahidous music, and dinner. We sleep at the lodge.
Day 3 — After breakfast, an optional hike through Taghia leads to the Berber passage, an hour and a half away, and across it. Then we set off for Agadir at 12:30. Lunch is at your own expense.
The price includes comfortable transport; the local transport; two breakfasts, lunch and two dinners; two nights at the lodge; the safety equipment for the via ferrata and the Berber passage; the local music group; and the people who guide and look after the trip.
Not included: dinner on Friday and lunch on Sunday.
